01 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and ft999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ft999 platform, accessible at https://ft999.cam. This includes all associated services, games, sports betting markets, live casino products, promotional offers and any customer support communications.

By registering an account, accessing the platform or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and must not create or maintain an account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement governing your use of ft999.

02 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

03 Account Eligibility

To register and use an account on ft999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction or applicable law in your country of residence — whichever is greater. Being 18 years of age does not, of itself, make gambling lawful in Pakistan.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership or other legal entity) acting in your individual personal capacity.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted under applicable law.
• You must not be a person who has previously been self-excluded from the Platform or had an account closed for violations of these Terms.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, agent or close family member thereof of ft999 or any of its affiliated service providers.

04 Account Registration & Security

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You agree to provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password).
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Notifying ft999 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
• Ensuring that third parties — including minors — do not access your account.

ft999 will never contact you by email, chat or any other channel requesting your account password. Any communication purporting to be from ft999 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.

05 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, fair and responsible manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform in any manner that violates applicable local, national or international law, including Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any applicable anti-money laundering legislation.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of fraud, including identity fraud, payment fraud or bonus abuse.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or other non-human means to place wagers or interact with the Platform.
• Collusion with other users to manipulate game or sports betting outcomes.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or extract source code from the Platform or its underlying systems.
• Accessing the Platform via VPN, proxy or other anonymisation tools to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Using another person's account, payment method or identity without authorisation.
• Engaging in abusive, harassing or threatening behaviour directed at Platform staff or other users via any support channel.

ft999 reserves the right to withhold, void or recalculate winnings where prohibited conduct is identified, even after the fact, and to pursue legal remedies where appropriate.

06 Deposits & Withdrawals

ft999 offers deposit and withdrawal functionality in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) where supported by the live cashier. Payment methods available at any given time are displayed within the Platform cashier and may change without prior notice based on provider availability, regulatory requirements and technical factors.

References to payment methods such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are provided as examples of familiar Pakistani payment rails. Their inclusion does not constitute an endorsement of gambling by those providers, nor does it imply that those providers currently support transactions for this Platform. Users must verify active payment options in the live cashier.

• All withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC/AML verification before processing.
• Processing times vary by payment method, provider compliance requirements and verification status. No specific processing time can be guaranteed.
• Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply per method and are displayed in the cashier.
• ft999 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals (BTC, USDT and others where available) are subject to network confirmation times and applicable fees.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

ft999 may offer promotional bonuses, welcome offers, free bets and other incentives to eligible users from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms that include wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games or sports markets, maximum withdrawal limits from bonus winnings, and expiry periods.

Bonus amounts and wagering conditions shown on the homepage or promotional pages are illustrative examples only unless explicitly confirmed as live promotions. Users must read the specific terms of each active promotion before opting in.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• ft999 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to collusion, use of multiple accounts, or exploiting system errors — will result in forfeiture of bonuses and associated winnings.
• Where a bonus is awarded in error, ft999 reserves the right to correct the error, including reclaiming incorrectly awarded funds.
• Users who have opted into self-exclusion or cooling-off periods are not eligible to receive promotional bonuses during the restriction period.

08 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on ft999 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event or game type. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager. General principles that apply across all products include:

• All wagers are final once confirmed. ft999 does not accept cancellation requests for placed bets except in circumstances permitted under the applicable event rules (e.g., event cancellation).
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that affects odds or game outcomes, ft999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to users.
• Odds and market availability for cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and other sports are subject to change. Published odds at time of bet placement are the accepted terms for that wager.
• Live/in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at the Platform's discretion, including during fast-moving in-game events.
• ft999 has no official affiliation with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Pakistan Super League (PSL), ICC or any sporting body or team referenced on the Platform. Sport references are for market context only.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and are published in the applicable sports rules documentation.

09 Responsible Gambling

ft999 is committed to supporting responsible gambling practices. We make the following tools available to all registered users:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly deposit caps configurable from account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Alerts that notify users after a configured duration of continuous activity.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account restrictions lasting days or weeks, during which deposits and betting are disabled.
• Self-Exclusion: A voluntary restriction that disables account access for a defined or indefinite period. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the ft999 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game interfaces, software, data compilations, market structures and page layouts — is the property of ft999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing or distributing Platform content without prior written consent from ft999.
• Using Platform content for commercial purposes or public display.
• Modifying, adapting or creating derivative works from any Platform content.
• Removing or altering any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices contained in Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content may give rise to claims for damages and/or be a criminal offence. ft999 will enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

11 Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The ft999 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability and data accuracy, ft999 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• Uninterrupted, error-free or secure access to the Platform at all times.
• The accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any odds, market data or game outcome information presented on the Platform.
• The suitability or fitness for purpose of any game, sports market or feature for any individual User's circumstances.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ft999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data or loss of business opportunity.

Nothing in this clause shall limit ft999's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 Account Termination & Suspension

ft999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any user account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, fraudulent or unverifiable registration or KYC information.
• Suspected or confirmed money laundering, fraud or other illegal activity.
• Abusive or threatening behaviour directed at Platform staff.
• Regulatory, legal or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure.
• Extended inactivity in accordance with applicable dormant account policies.

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the User's registered payment method, subject to outstanding KYC requirements and any applicable bonus forfeiture rules.

13 Amendments to These Terms

ft999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify registered users via the Platform interface or registered email address. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent revision was made.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ft999 is registered and operates, as applicable. International licensing context is provided for general information only.

In the event of a dispute between a User and ft999, the User should first attempt to resolve the matter through our customer support channel. If the matter cannot be resolved through direct contact, escalation procedures may be available in accordance with applicable licensing requirements.
